Anger Management Counseling




​Starting Point offers individual anger management counseling to help you manage your response to things that upset you. Anger is a human emotion, but it is important what we do in that emotional state.



Counseling will help you to:

  • Recognize what may set you off
  • Distinguish between anger and aggression
  • Introduce coping skills to help you manage the anger emotion
